At ArteoDesign LTD, we offer digital gift cards that make the perfect gift for any occasion. Our gift cards can be used to purchase any item from our online store. Please review the terms and conditions for purchasing and using ArteoDesign gift cards below.
1. Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase directly from our website. Once purchased, a digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient’s email address, along with instructions on how to redeem it during checkout.
2. Redeeming Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the unique gift card code provided via email. The value of the gift card will be applied to the order total. If the total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
3. Gift Card Balance
Customers can check their remaining gift card balance by visiting the link included in the gift card email. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
4. Gift Card Expiration
Gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time. There are no fees associated with the use or purchase of gift cards.
5. Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. They can only be used for products available on the ArteoDesign website. Any remaining balance on the gift card after a purchase will be retained for future use.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please treat your gift card code like cash. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards unless you have proof of purchase.
7. Refunds for Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
