Returns and Refund Policy

At ArteoDesign LTD, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following returns and refund policy.
1. Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@arteo-design.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@arteo-design.com for further assistance.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@arteo-design.com.
7. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
